Sock it to Poverty
Posted: February 9, 2012 Filed under: Mission and Outreach 1 Comment »During February and March we are taking up a collection of socks, all kinds all sizes and all new for the homeless “prayer ministry” at Tippecanoe Church in Milwaukee. Don’t forget to start bringing your socks starting this Sunday.
The second Sunday of each month we will be collecting socks all year long!!!! Also we had a NOISEY SOUP KETTLE offering last week ( Souper Bowl!!) and collected $123.00. We will be sending that to Good Samaritan Food Pantry here in West Allis!!!
